Important Notice
Cancellations must be submitted before the 7-day period expires. Late cancellation requests may be declined at the Foundation's discretion.
3. How to Request a Cancellation

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The right of cancellation does not apply to the supply of the following Goods:
Custom or Personalised Goods
Items made to your specification or clearly personalised.
Rapidly Deteriorating Items
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Goods which after delivery have become inseparably mixed with other items.

Completed Digital Programs
Educational program access or digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded.
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot process a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
Please send your return to:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
7. Refund Timeline

8. Donation Refund Policy
Donations made to the Amaravati Foundation are voluntary contributions in support of our charitable mission and are generally considered non-refundable once funds have been deployed to programs.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. We will consider refund requests for donations under the following conditions:
- The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount)
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the donation date
- The donated funds have not yet been allocated to a specific program or project
- Written evidence of the error is provided
Refund requests for donations must be submitted to info@amaravatifoundation.com with your transaction reference and a brief explanation. Each request will be reviewed individually by our Finance Committee within 14 business days.
Tax Receipt Notice
If a tax receipt has been issued for your donation, the refund may void the tax benefit associated with that donation. We recommend consulting your tax advisor before requesting a donation refund.
9. Program Enrolment Refunds
For educational programs, scholarships, and other Foundation initiatives:
- Full refund — if cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the program start date
- 50% refund — if cancellation is requested between 7 and 14 days before the program start date
- No refund — if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the program start date or after the program has commenced
In the event the Foundation cancels a program, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation announcement, or the option to transfer to an equivalent future program.
10. Medical Tourism Services
Refunds for medical concierge and coordination services are subject to specific terms agreed upon at the time of engagement, as these services involve third-party medical providers, visa processing agencies, and travel operators.
- Coordination and consultation fees are non-refundable once a case manager has been assigned
- Pre-treatment deposits may be partially refundable depending on the stage of the arrangement
- Third-party costs (hospital, visa, travel) are governed by the respective providers' own refund policies
- The Foundation will make all reasonable efforts to recover third-party refunds on your behalf
For queries about medical tourism service refunds, please contact your dedicated Case Manager directly or write to info@amaravatifoundation.com.
11. Gift Purchases
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned Good is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver ordered the Goods to be delivered to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
